ASAP COMMERCIAL REMODELING, INC. is a full service general contracting company, which specializes in commercial fast-track and third shift renovation projects. We are accustomed to traveling into new markets and are proficient at making quick site visits, preliminary plan designs and budget estimate proposals almost anywhere in the USA.
We have considerable knowledge and experience in Commercial Design Remodeling Projects including Restaurants, Tenant Build-outs, Retail, Office Interiors, Hotel Renovations, Insurance Restorations, Maintenance, Repairs and ADA Compliance Upgrades. We have successfully competed over 300 projects in 28 states.
- Versatility - We are flexible as we can work as general contractor, design development consultant (preparing architectural drawings and permitting) or any other role, which works to our mutual benefit.
- Experience – We routinely receive a phone call from a client and within days will complete a site visit, preliminary plan designs and budget estimate. Upon acceptance, we can in most cases via a design/build agreement begin construction within 1 to 8 weeks, including preparing Architectural drawings and obtaining necessary building permits.
- Efficiency – Due to our design/build experience, we have developed strategies and procedures that allow us to perform assignments better, faster and more cost effectively. Value engineering is a concept we begin each project with which translates into increased savings throughout the project.
- Resourcefulness – By understanding our clients’ ultimate goals we are better able to troubleshoot problems and value engineer projects without compromising the customers desired outcome. Additionally, fast-track construction requires constant supervision and adjustments to recovery scheduling, as every delay becomes critical to completing the project on time.
